Currently Non-Aged beef is a available in either half or whole cows.
We work with a local butcher that can cut up your beef within days of being butchered. You can work directly with the butcher if you would like to specify the cuts or use our standard cut list.
We can have beef ready for you in as little as a couple weeks. It may also take up to a few months depending the availability of the butcher and having a cow ready. Ordering well in advance is recommended.
Final price is 10.50/lb (about $2,000 total) for half's and 10.00/lb (about $4,000) for a whole. This includes any butching fees and any shipping.
This beef will be USDA inspected and can be shipped interstate.
