When will you ship?
Except for preorders. Your order will ship the next Tuesday after you order.
In Utah expect UPS to deliver your order on Wednesday. We will provide you with a tracking number.
Please sure someone will be home to receive your order and move it into the freezer as quickly as possible.
What about organs or head?
There are only a couple pounds of most organs per cow. For example, a cow will only produce 1 oxtail (2-3 lbs), 1 tongue (1-2 lbs), 1 kidney (2-3 lbs), 2 heart halves (2-3 lbs) and 10 lbs of liver in 1 pound packages, 1 head.
All of the organs & head are only available to someone pre-ordering a full cow. For anything less, we guarantee at least 1 pound of liver. Generally, we have extra organs on hand that we are happy to include. upon request.
What is Your Shipping Packaging Like?
We use cardboard boxes with cornstarch insulation and dry ice to keep your beef frozen. The cardboard and insulation can be composted or returned to us for reuse.

- We will ship anywhere that is within 1-2 day shipping using UPS ground. That easily covers all of Utah and some, but not all, of our neighboring states. You can ready more about it here
- Where is your farm and where are the products made?
- Any meat you get from us, came from our farm in Centerfield Utah. All are raised right here. Most are born here.
- Are you USDA certified?
- We use Butchers that use state or federal inspectors.
- Can I tour your farm?
- Yes, we welcome visits any time to come and see. Everyone that has come loves how friendly our cows are. If you let us know ahead of time, we’ll try to schedule our day so we can step away from our work to show you around.
