We are committed to complete transparency and raising food with practices that will lead to the highest quality product for you. This includes animals raised outdoors on fresh green pasture all summer long using regenerative intensive grazing. No GMO’s, Antibiotics, Pesticides (including Insecticides and Herbicides). Any outside supplemental feed is certified organic.
How To Order
Select the size of pig you would like, either a Half or Whole Pork
Select a date for shipment/pickup.
(If you need a later shipment or pickup date, that’s no problem, just let me know or put it in the order notes)
What you’re getting
We’ll provide you with a cut sheet for you to pick the cuts you would like.

*Note, In the past our cured cuts have been preserved with Sodium Nitrate. We are working with our local butcher to get our cured cuts preserved with Nitrates from cultured celery powder. If things go right, the curing will happen with celery powder.
How much?
The final price will depend on the packaged weight of the meat. This will vary based on the size of the pig at time of butcher.
Price: $10.00/lb of packaged meat.
-Whole Pig estimate: 130lbs ($1300 total).
-Â 1/2 Pig estimate: 65lbs ($650 total).
Packaging and Shipping-
Our pork comes frozen in vacuum sealed plastic packaging that will keep your meat fresh for a long time.
When shipping, we use biodegradable corn starch insulation and dry ice to keep your meat frozen during its journey to you. As a default we use UPS and ship on Tuesdays.
