Our red wheat was grown, harvested, cleaned, and bagged right here on our farm. No chemical fertilizers or pesticides were used. We are so excited to offer this beautiful wheat that is great for all your baking and cooking needs from sandwich bread to cookies.
Our whole berry wheat is not 100% clean. You will find some chaff or other small plant material here and there. We just want you to be aware of that when you buy it.
Our milled wheat will be clean and ready to use.
