Sometimes we end up with random odds and end of extra cuts, they are still delicious but maybe fits weird in a box or we just have a lot of extra. Enjoy our scrap box full of yummy things that will make dinner easy and add extra nutrition to your diet.
Everything in the box depends on our current inventory. Please feel free to put any preferences in the notes at checkout and we will do our best.
Scrap Box (~15 lbs)
- beef roast (3-4lbs)
- Current inventory: short ribs, Osso Bucco, Pichana
- Stewing hen (2-3lbs)
- Stew meat (beef)
- Offal: beef liver, heart, tongue, and bones
Cuts can be from leftovers of 2024 to 2026.
