Our pasture raised turkey is raised out in the sunshine and given fresh green pasture every day. This diet of grass and bugs in addition to organic feed makes for some incredibly nutritious meat.
This is turkey your grandparents would recognize; we strive to keep our meat true to its original nature. That means we leave as much on the turkey as possible, which also means it is tastier and more nutritious. No added salt or any other foreign bodies, this is all natural food.
How to Order
Select the size of turkey you would like.
- We will ship your turkey on November 17th. This will give you plenty of time to thaw these massive turkeys. If you would like your turkey right away or on a different day, please leave notes in the comments.
What You are Getting
- These are big turkey (31-33lbs). Plan ahead for thawing.
- The turkey necks are inside the body cavity but if you would also like the giblets (liver, heart, and feet) please leave a note at checkout.
Please follow all poultry food handling safety guidelines.
- Refrigerator: allow approximately 24 hours for each 4 to 5 pounds in a refrigerator set at 40 °F or below.
- Cold Water: allow about 30 minutes per pound in leak proof bag.
