Pasture raised pork will be the best pork you've had in your life. Our pigs follow our cows and are moved almost daily to new pasture. They are supplemented with non-GMO grains because pigs are unable to produce Lysine and can only get it through grain. Other than that, our pigs forage on pasture and get plenty of exercise.
Here is a list of our cured pork products you can choose form to easily add to your order or packages. If you want different or specialty cuts you will need to preorder a half or whole pig, and we will work with the butcher on the different cuts you want.
