How it Works (with normal cow coordinators, your cow is ready now)
It's easy and affordable to stock your freezer with high quality, healthy and delicious meat.
Maybe you have never purchased beef in bulk before.
Rather you have or haven't, we've done everything to make this process easy.
Step 1: Choose your beef share size.
Not too much or too little. It's good to know how long your beef storage is going to last.
We recommend a 6 to 12 month supply. Our packaging will last for 3 years. That gives you plenty of time without worrying about anything spoiling.
Step 2: Place your deposit
Your deposits help reserve the butcher and spread out the cost of the whole beef. After your beef is butchered. We'll send you a final weight with an invoice for the remaining balance.
Each share takes a $200 deposit to reserve.
Example. You reserve 2 shares (1/4 beef) for $400. When we receive your beef, it weighs 85 pounds. We'll send you an invoice for $535. ($935 minus your $400 deposit)
Step 3: Shipping or Pickup
Choose rather you would like to pick up your beef at the farm or have it shipped for FREE!
Step 4: We'll finish raising your beef
We'll continue to raise your beef (which in total takes almost two years) on our lush valley pastures.
We'll keep you involved every step of the way and send you updates on what stage of the process your beef is in.
We'll also let know when your beef should be ready for shipment.
Step 5: Your beef is ready
When your cow is ready we'll take it to our a butcher near us. A local family-owned butcher (and all around awesome people).
They will dry-age your beef for 14-21 days (which makes for amazing flavor and tenderness).
Then they will carve out all the perfect steaks, roasts and ground beef vacuum seal and label everything, then give it about a week to freeze solid.
We'll keep you informed throughout the process. Once your beef is frozen solid, it will be ready for shipping.
We'll weigh it and send you the final amount minus your deposit.
Once your invoice is taken care of, we'll rush ship your beef right to your door or have it ready to pick up at your convenience.
We'll provide tracking to make it easy to see where your beef is at.
That's it. Simple and very easy for you.
Thank you for supporting local agriculture and choosing us as your rancher.
"This isn’t ordinary beef... this is delicious, nutritious, 100% grass-fed beef that was thoughtfully raised on our local family farm!"

What are the sizes?
Were making this as easy as possible to get the right amount of meat for your family. So instead of selling 1/4's 1/2's and Wholes, we've split the cow 8 ways and called them shares. Now you can order the number of shares that makes since for your family. For example 3 shares should last about 6 months for a family of 6.
What cuts are in each?
We've worked a lot with our butcher to get the best cuts out of each part of the cow. For some things their are only 1 of on each side of the cow. For example the flank and skirt steaks only have 2 each per cow. So one share will get a flank while the other will get a skirt.
Shipping
We will contact you before shipping to make sure the shipping arrangements work for you and you will be home that day. Your meat will be packed in insulated boxes with dry ice to keep it frozen during transit.
Packaging
Your beef will come frozen in vacuum sealed bags that will keep your beef fresh for up to 3 years.
