To make sure we get the cuts you want please contact us after putting your deposit down. The choices to be made is the flavor of your ground pork and whether or not you want any cured products such as Bacon and Ham.
We are predicting 100lbs, but it could be less, it depends on the pig.
Your deposit guarantees your pork, and we will invoice you the final amount when we know the final weight of your pork.
